Co-Act Collective collaborated with aProCh to support research, advocacy, and program development focused on creating safer, more inclusive, and child-friendly urban environments in India. The initiative combined technical urban planning expertise with community-led engagement to strengthen the integration of children’s needs into public space and mobility planning.
The project included support for a series of research and evidence-building activities, including a State of Play assessment, safer school zone audits, and localized studies focused on child-led learning and access to public spaces. Co-Act Collective contributed through stakeholder mapping, data collection support, report publishing, community outreach, and engagement with local urban stakeholders.
